- Q1. Who is eligible to win a prize?
- A1. Legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.
- Q2. What are the prizes for this promotion?
- A2. Four (4) Grand Prize winners will:

- Q3. How many prizes could I win?
- A3. Up to one (1) Instant Win Game Prize ($20 Olive Garden Gift Card) and one (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize per eligible winner.
- Q4. How do I play the instant win game?
- A4. If you have Flash installed on your computer, follow the on-screen instructions on the game page to find out if you won.
- Q5. I won the instant win game, but never received an email with more details. What should I do?

- Q6. How will I know if I'm the sweepstakes winner?
- A6. The grand prize drawing will be held on or around 5/12/2011. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided upon registration.
- Q7. What is the check in using a wirleless mobile device?
- A7. During the Promotion Period, log-in to your Facebook account or Foursquare Labs, Inc. “Foursquare” account. Once logged in to your account, follow the links and instructions to check-in at a participating Olive Garden location (a "Location") listed on the Website. You will receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes after you check-in.
- Q8. What if I don't have a Facebook or Foursquare account?
- A8. During the Promotion Period, log-in to your Facebook account or Foursquare Labs, Inc. “Foursquare” account. If you do not have a Facebook or Foursquare account you may follow the instructions to create one. Creating an account is free of charge. You may create a Foursquare account at http://foursquare.com.
- Q9. I'm at an Olive Garden restaurant and a location is not appearing.
- A9. First, make sure you are visiting http://www.olivegardensweeps.com directly rather than a bookmarked page in your browser.
Second, make sure your phone settings have Location Services turned on.
- Q10. I got a message that says I've already entered today, but I haven't. What should I do?
- A10. First, make sure you are visiting http://www.olivegardensweeps.com directly rather than a bookmarked page in your browser.
You may also need to clear your Temporary Internet Files. Just click 'Tools' on the menu bar at the top of your browser and selecting 'Internet Options' from the drop down menu. Choose the 'Delete Files' button and delete all of your Temporary Internet Files. This should help! If not, send us a note below.
- Q11. I think I’m having technical issues. I can't seem to enter a code, view a page or see the game. What should I do?
- A11. Sometimes it's a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to be sure you have the latest Flash player (it's free!) and check your browser preferences section to be sure Javascript is enabled.
- Q12. Once I register for the sweepstakes, how will my information be used?
- A12. Your information is primarily used to contact you if you're a winner, and if you sign up to receive emails from us. See our privacy policy for complete details.
- Q13. I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?
- A13. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we
receive, we are unable to change registration information unless you are
awarded a prize.

- Q14. Why can’t I use my P.O. Box address on the registration form?
- A14. Our shipping service cannot ship any prizes to a P.O. Box, so if you’re identified as a winner, we’d need to send the prize to your home. Also, your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
